Dongguk University was founded in 1906 in Seoul by Buddhist pioneer. In 1978, Dongguk University Gyeongju was founded. Dongguk University has four campuses: Gyeongju, Seoul, Iisan, and Los Angeles in the United States. Currently, 7,756 students, including 539 international students, are studying at Dongguk University Gyeongju with a goal to pursue their dreams. 369 faculty members and 144 staff are supporting those promising students in the nine colleges and five graduate schools.

Accommodation & Facilities

Geumjangsanghwalgwan-Yeonhwa Building offers 3-bed shared room, shared bathroom, with a personal desk and chair, closet, bed, door-lock, fan, air conditioner and heater, and free WiFi.  The facilities of this dormitory include cafeteria, gym, coin laundry, kitchen, lounge, convenient store, ATM, and a computer lab.
